How much is delivery?

We offer FREE Worldwide shipping for all products. We also have an express shipping option (available at the checkout - additional charges apply)

How quick will I receive my order? 

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of your order being placed, but during periods of high demand our shipping time can be longer.  Delivery will depend on your location.

What method will my order be sent?

We use a range of signed for delivery services as standard.

We believe that when you purchase online it should arrive quickly. This is why we only use trusted delivery services. We want to take the hassle out of buying online and deliver your items as soon as we can.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided:

1. The items are unworn, unwashed and unmarked;
2. The items show no signs of wear;
3. The box and packaging is intact, the items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.

Please include the despatch note (order paperwork) in your return so we know it's your return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so we suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage.  Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns.

We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. You will be responsible for delivery charges for returns.  All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items. 

If the goods have been handled and the glove tags removed we reserve the right make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them.

If the goods are deemed to be faulty on arrival then the goods should be sent back to us for review.  Once we have verified the fault, we can issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our engineers we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
