Where do you ship to?

We offer FREE Worldwide shipping on all of our heated apparel (express shipping is available - additional charges apply)

How much is shipping?

We ship anywhere in the world for FREE , however Customs, Duties & VAT are not covered by Fuzzy and Fox. (express shipping options are available - additional charges apply.

How long does your heated apparel take to ship?

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of your order, but for products on pre-order the shipping can take 3-5 weeks.

Is your heated apparel waterproof?

Our apparel are splash resistant, perfect for a light shower.

Is your heated technology safe?

Our heating technology is 100% safe and has been through strict safety checks and complies with strict European safety laws.

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind about any items purchased, you can return the garments in new condition to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you.

How do I return something?

To return something, simply contact us via our contact form and we’ll issue you an RMA number. Once you have your RMA number, you can then return the garment to us via a courier of your choice.

Who covers the cost of return?

The cost of return falls on the customer, if the garment is found to be faulty then we will cover the cost of return.

Have you received my return?

It can usually take up to 14 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your order and another email to as soon as we have completed your order, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Your estimated delivery date is in your shipping confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please let us know so we can help you further.

What currency do you accept?

You can buy in GBP, USD, or EUR. Use the flag in the top right corner to choose, before you head to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard or American express debit and credit cards (if the card has a symbol for Visa or Mastercard, it should work!).  You can purchase using PayPal or Amazon Payments too.

Payment is not working for me, what can I do?

Please double check your shipping and billing details are complete and correct, and try checking out using a different web browser. If you are still having an issue please let us know, or contact your bank about the payment.

Are payment and shopping on your site safe and secure?

Totally. Our checkout page uses SSL, and you can pay via card or PayPal.

What does pre-order mean?

When we can, we'll give you the option to pre-order unavailable items. You'll see the option on the product page, where possible. We'll give you an estimated time frame and make sure you receive your order as soon as stock is available. easy.
